Brighton Estates

Brighton Estates is a seasonal cabin community nestled on the back slope of Deer Valley and above Midway Village near the newly preserved Bonanza Flats open space.  Brighton Estates is the ideal place for people who want a sense of community, big mountain adventures, wildlife, privacy and serenity.  Most of Brighton Estates is only accessible by snowmobile in the winter and parking near the access points can be a challenge to master.  Buying a home in Brighton Estates is a no brainer, but buying a lot is an art form due to water rights, wells, access, utilities and other important considerations.  If you like Brighton Estates, you might also like Timberlakes, Tollgate Canyon and Stagecoach Estates.
