Stagecoach Estates

Stagecoach Estates is a gated community of 108 lots with single family residences located about 15 minutes east of Kimball Junction and directly east of Goshawk Ranch.  Stagecoach Estates is zoned as Mountain Remote with Summit County, meaning that land in Stagecoach,  because of its location, accessibility, terrain, and similar features, is not as easily serviced by local providers as other locations.  The objective of the founders when the community was established in 1970 was to maintain the natural wildlife located within the boundaries and to help the lot owners enjoy the peaceful use of their properties.  Stagecoach Estates has a more rustic feel with unpaved roads and heavily wooded hillsides.  Nightly rentals are generally not allowed in Stagecoach.  If you like Stagecoach Estates, you might also like Tollgate Canyon, Brighton Estates, and Timberlakes.
